Pro Dynamic Warm-Up

Most recreational players skip warming up or at best, do a few random stretches on the court.

You’ll never see the pros doing that. Because they know that tennis puts intense strain on all the muscles and joints in your body. And if you want to run down balls and jump to smash that volley, you’ll need your body to be there with your mindset and your technique. 

That’s why we’re going beyond basic stretching here. This is a dynamic warm-up that will:

  1. Increase blood flow to the muscles
  2. Improve mobility
  3. Maximize flexibility

Let’s get your entire body ready to perform at its peak levels so you have the speed, power, and elasticity that give you a competitive advantage on the court. I strongly recommend you do this before every match or practice.

*As always, consult with your doctor if you have any medical conditiions and modify these so they work with your body.

(Note: I couldn’t use my normal mic because I was on my back where the mic pack goes. Just turn up your volume a little 😉
