Hey there!

As we continue to grow our My Tennis HQ brand, we’re going to need some help. Our website and our YouTube channel have been booming, and we’re now wanting to expand our reach through some different channels – and we need some help!

The responsibilities of the Digital Media Manager will be:

– Writing and sending a weekly e-mail newsletter (estimated weekly commitment: 1.5 hours)
– Posting on Instagram 2x a week (2 hours)
– These posts will either be reposts from someone else, clips from our YouTube videos, or original content
– Answer / forward emails from users or brand deals (1 hour)
– Answer Instagram messages (1 hour)
– Assist with creation of thumbnails, titles, and description for youtube videos (2 hour)
– Assist with ad hoc projects (2.5 hours)

This is who we’re looking for:

– Someone who is extremely organized
– Someone who is passionate about tennis
– Someone who is a go-getter and tries to improve processes
– Someone who can communicate well
– Someone with experience in marketing / social media
– Ability to edit videos is a plus
– Preferably someone who has played a competitive level before (not a must)
